I recently accepted an executive role in Brisbane, a substantial move away from the familiarity of Sydney for both me and my family.

Facilitating impactful communications is always important in a new environment. By examining interactions with the new CEO, board and peers, my coach and I were able to identify the most effective approaches to leading and connecting with new colleagues.
